The BMW 118i N43 is a naturally aspirated engine. The TORQAMP is placed straight on the air intake.
De Witte Autotechniek used the factory ecu to fine tune the injection and ignition timing.
The results are shown in the graphs below. The torque is increased significantly over the whole engine rpm range resulting also in a nice horsepower gain.
